— Moodboards, text, songs, and other inspiration are accepted for customs only.— All commissions must be either paid in full upfront before I start work or after the sketch is complete.
— Payment options include Paypal, Cashapp & Kofi.— My typical turnaround time is between 1 week to 2 months.
— You can check the ongoing progress of your commission on my Trello [linked on the homepage of this site].
— Any delays will be announced on my Toyhou.se in a bulletin or conveyed directly to you.
— I will update you when the sketch and lineart stages have been completed. However, you may ask for progress reports at any time.— I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
— If the money has not been sent yet, you have the right to cancel the commission.
